Nabiax operates its largest Spanish data center campus in Alcalá de Henares, just outside Madrid near Barajas Airport, on a site it inherited from Telefónica when private equity firm Asterion Industrial Partners carved out the operator in 2019. The campus consists of two buildings: ADC1, opened in 2013 with seven IT rooms across roughly 4,800 sqm and holding an Uptime Institute Tier IV Certification of Constructed Facility (renewed as a Tier IV Gold Certification for Operational Sustainability), and the newer ADC2, added in 2021 with six IT rooms across about 6,000 sqm and designed and built to Tier III standards. Combined, the two buildings deliver 22.3 MW of IT power over more than 10,000 sqm of built space, and Nabiax markets the campus as scalable toward 100 MW in the medium term. Power is 100% renewable. The site has become a reference location for hyperscale customers seeking Madrid capacity outside the established Interxion/Equinix corridor.
