Digital Edge–B.Grimm Chonburi Campus

Digital Edge and Thai energy group B.Grimm Power are jointly developing a 100 MW data center campus in Chonburi province, inside Thailand's Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) — the government's flagship industrial and digital-investment zone east of Bangkok. The campus is part of a wider $1 billion Digital Edge investment plan to build hyperscale and AI-ready capacity across Thailand, joining the company's existing Bangkok sites. B.Grimm Power, a longstanding Thai independent power producer with a large renewable generation portfolio, supplies power for the site, positioning it as a lower-carbon alternative to grid-only campuses. Digital Edge is marketing the facility explicitly toward AI and cloud workloads, citing high-density colocation capability and its standard interconnection stack for hyperscalers and enterprises expanding across Southeast Asia. No anchor tenant has been publicly named. Construction is underway, with a targeted Ready-for-Service date of Q4 2026, which would make it one of the first EEC-based hyperscale campuses to reach commercial operation.
