Stellanor London North

Stellanor's London North facility at 260-266 Goswell Road in Angel/Clerkenwell is the largest building in the operator's UK portfolio, originally opened in 2000 at the height of the dot-com boom. The site totals roughly 25,143 m² across seven floors organized into 14 separate IT zones, of which about 12,212 m² is fitted colocation space — a scale unusual for central London, where most independent operators run single-floor suites rather than multi-story campuses. Power comes from a 20 MVA maximum site capacity backed by four diesel generators rated at 4 MVA with 24-hour on-site fuel storage, and the building is cooled to below 26°C average. The facility was long operated by Redcentric, whose eight-site UK data centre portfolio — including this building — was sold to Stellanor, a platform backed by DWS, in a deal completed in 2025. London North sits alongside six sister Stellanor sites in London and the home counties (London City, London East, London West, Byfleet, Woking and Gatwick), giving the operator one of the largest independent footprints in the London market outside the major wholesale players.
