Aligned DFW-01 (Plano)

DFW-01 at 2800 Summit Avenue in Plano was Aligned Data Centers’ first Dallas–Fort Worth facility and remains the company’s corporate headquarters site. The building opened with an initial 108,000 sq ft and 12.5 MW of critical capacity, a phase the operator’s own press release frames as the start of a larger build-out toward 300,000 sq ft and 30 MW at full scale. Aligned guarantees a PUE of 1.15 at the site and supports a density range from 1 kW to 25 kW per rack, aimed at enterprise and colocation tenants rather than a single hyperscale anchor. Cooling runs on Aligned’s Delta3 air-handling arrays with secondary DeltaFlow liquid loops available for higher-density deployments, backed by a closed-loop chilled-water design. The facility carries the operator’s standard North American compliance package — SOC 2 Type 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, NIST 800-53 and ISO 27001 — and runs on 100 percent renewable power under Aligned’s 2040 carbon-neutral commitment. DFW-01 anchors a four-building Aligned campus that has grown across Plano and neighboring Mansfield since this site opened.
