DFW18 is the largest of Digital Realty's buildings on its Digital Dallas campus in Richardson, a two-story, 464,500-square-foot (about 43,150 sqm) facility at 1210 Integrity Drive roughly 17 miles from downtown Dallas. It runs 2N UPS redundancy with N+1 cooling and draws on the campus's dedicated substation, which Digital Realty says can support up to 100 MW shared across the Digital Dallas buildings rather than as a per-building figure. Certifications cover SOC 2, SOC 3, PCI DSS, ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001, Energy Star and LEED Gold — the broadest certification set among the campus's buildings. Digital Realty does not publish a specific IT load or year built for DFW18 individually. Standard operator-wide security applies: 24x7x365 onsite personnel, CCTV with at least 90-day retention, biometric or photo-badge access, and a 100% renewable energy claim. At nearly 465,000 square feet, DFW18 anchors a cluster of seven Digital Realty buildings on Alma Road, Quality Way, Integrity Drive, Collins Boulevard and Security Row that together make Richardson the operator's largest Dallas-area footprint.
