CDC Eastern Creek Campus

Sovereignty is the organising idea at CDC's Eastern Creek campus in Western Sydney, the company's first Sydney-region site and one of the largest campuses in the southern hemisphere. Four data centres — EC1 through EC4 — are operational at Roberts Road, with EC5 and EC6 under construction, and CDC quotes more than 200 MW of capacity for the campus. The Australian-owned operator built its business on government and defence workloads, and the Sydney region carries the highest security accreditations available under the Australian Government's Hosting Certification Framework, with 24/7 on-site security and a highly resilient design that CDC rates as 100% available. Data halls support high-density deployments with both air and liquid cooling, positioning the campus for AI as well as conventional enterprise and cloud workloads. Eastern Creek forms part of CDC's geo-connected network of campuses spanning Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland, allowing customers to run distributed or disaster-recovery architectures inside a single sovereign ecosystem. It suits federal and state agencies, defence-adjacent suppliers and regulated enterprises that need certified Australian ownership and operation end to end. The campus is also covered by CDC's NVIDIA DGX-Ready Data Center certification, which spans the operator's entire Australian and New Zealand portfolio.
