CDC Marsden Park Campus

Marsden Park is CDC's second campus in the Sydney region, breaking ground in the Marsden Park industrial precinct of Western Sydney to add a second, much larger site alongside the operator's established Eastern Creek campus nearby. CDC discloses planned capacity of over 504 MW for the site, describing it as set to become the largest data centre campus in the southern hemisphere, with stated scalability toward one gigawatt as demand grows. The project is in the early stages of construction, and the operator runs a dedicated community-information page for local planning updates rather than publishing a fixed completion date, address or floor space. Marsden Park is built to support high-density air- and liquid-cooled workloads and will fall under CDC's NVIDIA DGX-Ready Data Center certification, which the operator holds across its entire Australian and New Zealand portfolio; CDC has separately disclosed signing a 555 MW data-centre contract with a US customer and more than 100 MW of AI-certified operational capacity company-wide, with 388 MW more under construction. No formal Uptime Institute or TIA-942 tier rating is published for the site. Combined with Eastern Creek, Marsden Park is expected to push CDC's Sydney-region capacity past 1 GW.
