SYD01 is STACK's first and, so far, only disclosed Sydney campus, in Erskine Park in the city's western growth corridor alongside other hyperscale-oriented sites from operators such as AirTrunk and NEXTDC. STACK states the facility delivers 360 MW of IT capacity from a single building on more than 19 acres, with roughly 36,000 sqm of technical space and 5,000 sqm of office and storage area, fed by a dedicated onsite 132kV substation sized at 450+ MW gross — headroom beyond the disclosed IT load that suggests further expansion was designed in from the start. At 360 MW in one building, SYD01 is one of the highest single-facility power figures STACK discloses anywhere in its portfolio. No Uptime Tier, ISO or LEED certification, cooling design, or year-opened date is published for the site, and STACK does not yet list a second Sydney campus the way it does in Melbourne.
