Azerconnect Baku Data Center

Azerconnect LLC, the technology arm of NEQSOL Holding's Azerconnect group that also encompasses mobile operator Bakcell, fiber carrier AzerTelecom and ISP Citynet, operates a data center in Baku that the Uptime Institute registry lists with a Tier IV Certification of Design Documents. This is the highest tier level Uptime has certified for any facility in Azerbaijan and puts the site in a different reliability class from the country's other catalogued operators, all of which hold Tier III design or constructed-facility awards. No Constructed Facility or Operational Sustainability award appears alongside the design certificate in the public registry, so the built-out state of the facility relative to its design cannot be confirmed from that source alone. Azerconnect LLC is a separate corporate entity from the two other Azerbaijani operators already in the catalog with Baku facilities, the state-owned AzInTelecom and privately held Delta Telecom, and from AzerTelecom, its sibling company within the same NEQSOL group, which markets data center services but does not appear in the Uptime registry under its own name. No power figure, floor area, address or opening date is published by the operator or by Uptime Institute for this specific site, so those fields are left unpublished rather than estimated. The facility sits alongside a second Azerconnect-operated site in Agdash, outside Baku, which holds a separate Tier III design certification.
