PASHA Technology Baku Main Data Center (BMDC)

PASHA Technology LLC, the technology subsidiary of the PASHA Holding financial group (banking, insurance and real estate interests across Azerbaijan), operates the Baku Main Data Center (BMDC) and markets colocation services directly from it. The Uptime Institute registry lists BMDC with both a Tier III Certification of Design Documents and a Tier III Certification of Constructed Facility, categorized as concurrently maintainable, giving it verified third-party certification at two stages rather than a design-only award. PASHA Technology's own description of the facility mentions free-cooling chillers supplemented by solar power for non-critical loads, an air-cooling approach distinct from the liquid-cooled AI-focused builds appearing elsewhere in the region. No power figure in MW, floor area or rack count is published by the operator; third-party estimates exist but are not used here since they fall outside the primary-source rule. PASHA Holding is unrelated corporately to AzInTelecom (state-owned), Delta Telecom or the NEQSOL group that owns Azerconnect, making this a genuinely distinct fourth major operator group in the Baku market. BMDC is paired with a disaster-recovery site, the Goychay Disaster Recovery Site (GDRS), in a different city, giving PASHA Technology a two-site redundancy setup similar in structure to other regional operators' primary/backup pairs.
