Aligned SP-01 (Santana de Parnaíba)

SP-01, on Estrada dos Romeiros in the Votuparim district of Santana de Parnaíba, is one of five Brazilian facilities Aligned Data Centers operates in the greater São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro region following its acquisition of ODATA. The site is designed to Tier III standards, backed by 1.825 MW of generator capacity and 1 MW of UPS capacity — modest by the scale of Aligned’s US hyperscale campuses, reflecting the multi-tenant retail colocation model the operator runs across Latin America. SP-01 is the only one of Aligned’s disclosed Brazilian sites to hold LEED Gold certification, alongside PCI DSS, ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 20000-1. Cooling uses a closed-loop chilled-water design with N+1 redundancy, and the facility runs on 100 percent renewable power as part of Aligned’s regional sustainability commitments, with VESDA fire detection and five-layer physical security standard across the Brazil portfolio. Santana de Parnaíba sits in the western industrial belt of the São Paulo metropolitan area, giving SP-01 proximity to the connectivity-dense corridor shared with Aligned’s Barueri and Osasco sites.
