NextStream — the Actis-owned successor to the Nabiax/Telefónica-lineage Latin American colocation business — reports 7.6 MW of IT load already in use, about 2.5 MW of immediately available capacity, and states a potential to add more than 72 MW as the campus is built out, backed by over 108 MW of incoming utility supply across two 88 kV lines plus a 230 kV line nearby. The site is carrier-neutral, with connectivity from Oi, Telx, Lumen, Embratel, Vogel, Mega, Algar, BRFibras and Telefônica, and the operator states its power supply is 100% hydroelectric. NextStream's own site lists Uptime Institute Tier III certification for the facility as planned for 2026, meaning the building is operating and marketed today but has not yet completed independent Tier certification.
