Vaultica COP01A

COP01A traces a winding corporate history: it began as DigiPlex Copenhagen, later became part of the STACK Infrastructure EMEA colocation portfolio under IPI Partners, and in April 2025 STACK sold its EMEA colocation business to Apollo, which relaunched it under the new brand Vaultica. The Copenhagen building itself is a smaller, retail-oriented colocation site distinct from the larger STACK COP02 hyperscale campus, which stayed with STACK Infrastructure rather than moving to Vaultica. COP01A provides 1.2 MW of total IT load across roughly 4,600 sqm of white space spread over three data hall floors on Holmbladsgade. Its certification stack is oriented toward enterprise and financial-services tenants rather than hyperscale customers, spanning ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001 alongside PCI DSS, SOC 1 and ISAE 3402 assurance reports — the kind of audit trail regulated Danish and Nordic customers typically require from a colocation provider. As one of the few independent (non-Digital-Realty, non-STACK) retail colocation sites in central Copenhagen, it fills a niche distinct from the larger campus operators clustered in Ballerup.
