Cloud9 Tbilisi Data Center

Cloud9 runs the colocation and hosting facility inside the Dinamo Arena complex in central Tbilisi, and it is one of the few Georgian sites where the operator publishes a real technical description. Power comes from three independent substations backed by a 630 kVA diesel generator, with the colocation zone fed on an N+N redundant supply through UPS. Cooling is direct-expansion HVAC with temperature and humidity monitoring; server rooms have no windows or external walls, and the only plumbing nearby serves the fire-suppression system, which uses 3M Novec 1230 clean agent behind early smoke, heat and fire detection. Access is biometric throughout, the premises are guarded by the Georgian State Security Agency, and the building is stated to comply with seismic standards — material in a country where earthquake exposure is real. The commercially distinctive feature is interconnection: Cloud9 is carrier-neutral, operates an internet exchange point, and connects to all leading Georgian carriers and to smaller ISPs over reserved dark fibre on several alternative routes, with total interconnection capacity of 250 Gbps. Note the certification position carefully: the operator describes its infrastructure as Tier 3 and explains the Uptime Institute classification on its own page, but does not claim an Uptime certificate. IT load, floor area and rack inventory are not published, and colocation is quoted on request.
