The hyperscale facility is designed to deliver 32.4 MW of IT power over a 17,500 sqm gross floor area, built to Colt's tier 3 resilient infrastructure specification, and the first phase is currently under construction. The operator positions the site squarely at cloud service providers running IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and AI-as-a-service platforms, as well as technology companies building AI solutions that need capacity engineered for high-compute workloads. Carrier impartiality is a core part of the design: tenants can bring in any network operator, and the surrounding cluster of neighbouring data centers keeps interconnection paths short. Renewable energy sourcing is planned as part of Colt DCS's carbon-reduction commitments, though facility-specific efficiency figures have not yet been published.
