CapitaLand Data Centre Navi Mumbai 1 is the first data center CapitaLand India Trust (CLINT) brought into service in the country, on a site at Digha Naka, Dighe, in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. CLINT publishes a power capacity of 108 MW for the building and describes it as carrier-neutral, citing more than ten submarine cable landing stations in the greater Mumbai area as a low-latency draw for hyperscale and enterprise tenants. The facility was designed with a high floor-loading capacity to support dense rack deployments and flexible hard-floor or raised-floor fit-outs, and CLINT is targeting LEED Gold certification with high-efficiency chillers, water economization, intelligent energy management and solar panels rather than claiming the certification outright. The data center was formally completed and opened in a ceremony on 12 August 2025 attended by Singapore's Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong and Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, who described it as the first of four greenfield CLINT data center projects across Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore with a combined planned capacity of 244 MW. It anchors CLINT's entry into the Indian digital infrastructure market as the trust's flagship completed asset in the country.
