Ada Infrastructure Tokyo East 1 (TKE1)

Tokyo East 1 is one of two campuses Ada Infrastructure is developing on Tokyo's east side, sited in one of the metro area's four established data center clusters with carrier-neutral connectivity through four or more diverse entry vaults. The campus is planned as three buildings for a total of 67 MW of IT load, with Building 1 split into 2.56 MW data halls; the first hall is scheduled to be customer-ready in mid-2027. Cooling is delivered through a closed-loop, air-cooled chiller plant feeding fan-coil walls in each data hall, with buffer tanks for the chilled-water loop and zero water used for evaporative heat rejection (WUE=0). The operator targets an annualized design PUE of 1.35–1.37, with N+1 UPS redundancy and N+1 gas turbine generation for backup power. Security is built around 24/7 on-site personnel, anti-climb perimeter fencing, biometric multi-factor access controls and international certifications including ISO 27001 and SOC 2, reflecting the enterprise and hyperscale tenant base the campus is designed to serve.
