MC Digital Realty NRT14 is the latest building in the operator's Inzai data center cluster in Chiba Prefecture, part of the Greater Tokyo market — the same NRT-campus area where Colt DCS operates its Inzai 1/2/3/5 buildings, already in this catalog under the Tokyo market grouping. MC Digital Realty is a joint venture between Mitsubishi Corporation and Digital Realty, operating a separate portfolio from Digital Realty's own branded facilities. NRT14 opened for service on April 8, 2026, with 25 MW of disclosed IT power across a six-story, seismic-isolated building of about 22,867 sqm holding roughly 2,800 racks. The operator markets the building as supporting hybrid liquid and air cooling, positioning it for higher-density AI and GPU colocation workloads alongside conventional enterprise tenants. NRT14 joins two earlier MC Digital Realty buildings on the same Inzai site, NRT10 (2021, 39 MW) and NRT12 (2024, 34 MW), forming a multi-building campus. No Tier rating or third-party certification is disclosed for NRT14 in the available press materials.
