PDG JH1

JH1 is Princeton Digital Group's flagship AI-ready hyperscale campus at Sedenak Tech Park in Kulai, Johor, developed on land acquired from JLand Group and planned for more than 150 MW of capacity representing roughly USD 1.5 billion of investment. The first phase, comprising 52 MW, was delivered in July 2024 just twelve months after groundbreaking — an unusually fast build for a campus of this scale — with a first-phase investment of around RM 2 billion. PDG designed JH1 for the AI training and hyperscale cloud workloads driving the Johor market, and one of its buildings (DC2) carries OCP Ready for Hyperscale recognition from the Open Compute Project. Sustainability measures include rooftop solar generation, and the campus was financed in part through an RM 1.276 billion green loan. Sitting within the Sedenak cluster that has become Johor's principal hyperscale corridor, JH1 serves some of the world's largest technology companies and is the natural landing point in Malaysia for large-block AI capacity requirements. PDG's current portfolio page now discloses JH1 at 200 MW across four buildings and 80,000 sqm of colocation area, up from the 150 MW first-phase figure, as later construction phases have come online; PDG markets it as one of the largest AI-ready data centers in Southeast Asia.
