AMS10 sits at Pudongweg 25 in Rozenburg, part of the port-and-industrial belt west of central Amsterdam and roughly ten minutes from Schiphol Airport. At 413,500 square feet (about 38,450 sqm), it is the largest of Digital Realty's disclosed Amsterdam-area facilities by a wide margin, sharing the same street with the smaller AMS8 building next door. Like its campus neighbours, AMS10 runs an N+1 UPS configuration with N+1 cooling redundancy, using a modular design built around dry air coolers paired with aquifer thermal energy storage — a system that draws on underground water reserves to cut mechanical cooling load through much of the year. Digital Realty markets the site under a CarbonNeutral certification and states the facility runs on 100% renewable electricity, though it does not publish an IT power figure, a year-built date, or a full ISO/SOC/PCI-DSS certification list specific to this building. Standard physical security applies across the campus: 24x7 onsite personnel, CCTV with 90-day backup, and biometric or photo-badge access.
