Beyond the physical build, the announcement bundles a Global Engineering Development Center in Abu Dhabi, an AI for Good Lab, and a goal of training one million people in the UAE by 2027. As an announced program spread across Khazna-delivered sites, it has no single published address or facility-level specifications yet.
