Ada Infrastructure Docklands

Docklands is Ada Infrastructure's flagship UK campus, sited in East London's Royal Docks in what the company calls one of Europe's most capacity-constrained data center markets. Planning approval covers three data center buildings of up to 70 MW each — up to five floors of data halls per building — for a total of 210 MW of IT load, which Ada describes as the largest approved data center campus in the UK. The site has a dual-fed on-site substation with 300 MVA of secured power from UK Power Networks and is designed for a 1.2 annualized PUE with zero water used for cooling (WUE=0). Buildings are built to be liquid-cooling ready for high-density AI, ML and cloud workloads, backup generators run on hydrogenated vegetable oil (HVO) rather than diesel, and the development includes a district heating interconnection. Customer readiness is targeted for 2028. Ada Infrastructure is backed by Ares Management and is developing a wider global portfolio of hyperscale and AI-oriented campuses across Asia-Pacific, the Americas and Europe.
