Telehouse East — Top 25 data centers in London, United Kingdom 2026
#17 of 41 · See the list →

Telehouse East opened in 1999 as the second building on Telehouse's Coriander Avenue campus in London Docklands, following the original North building by nine years. It offers roughly 55,972 sq ft (5,200 sqm) of colocation space, with average rack power in the 1-2kW range and around 99 carriers on site — a density and carrier profile that reflects the interconnection-focused design of the earlier Docklands buildings. Backup power runs on five generators at N+1 redundancy with 15 minutes of UPS battery autonomy. Like its campus neighbors, East is covered by Telehouse's Interlink service, letting tenants combine legacy East Building space with the higher-density West, North Two or newer South facilities on the same site without leaving the campus. No individual Tier rating is published for East; Telehouse cites campus-wide ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS accreditations for its Docklands buildings. East remains one of the primary access points into the London Internet Exchange (LINX) ecosystem that has grown across the five-building campus since 1994.
