Telehouse South is the newest of Telehouse's five London facilities, opened in 2022 at Blackwall Yard, roughly 300 meters from the operator's main Coriander Avenue campus rather than on the same site as North, North Two, East and West. The building is disclosed at 18 MW total power, delivered as 2.7 MW per floor, with 2N UPS and N+1 generator and cooling redundancy — a materially higher-density profile than the legacy Docklands buildings. Telehouse connects South to the rest of the campus via its Interlink service, letting tenants pair it with interconnection-heavy space in the older buildings a few minutes away. No floor space or certification figures specific to South are published on Telehouse's site, and no third-party Tier rating is disclosed for the building. As the newest and highest-power addition to Telehouse's London footprint, South reflects rising enterprise and cloud demand for denser colocation than the 1990s- and 2000s-era Docklands buildings were designed to support.
