Telehouse West

Telehouse West opened in 2010 as the third building on Telehouse's Coriander Avenue campus in London Docklands, adding roughly 50,590 sq ft (4,700 sqm) of colocation space with a wider power-density range than the older North and East buildings — average racks span 2kW up to 10kW, aimed at customers needing more than the legacy interconnection load of the first two buildings. Around 32 carriers connect on site, fewer than North or East but consistent with West's positioning toward higher-density enterprise and cloud tenants rather than pure network peering. Backup power is provided by eight generators at N+1 redundancy with 15 minutes of UPS battery autonomy — one more generator than East despite the smaller footprint, reflecting the higher per-rack loads. West sits under the same campus-wide ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS certifications Telehouse publishes for its Docklands buildings, and participates in the Interlink service connecting all five London facilities. No specific Tier rating is published for the building.
