VIRTUS Stockley Park Campus

VIRTUS's second major London campus sits in Stockley Park, on the Hayes/West London data centre corridor about 16 miles from central London and under a mile from a rail station, with quick access to the M25 and M4. Five interconnected facilities — LONDON5, LONDON6, LONDON7, LONDON8 and LONDON14 — combine for 112.5MW of IT load across 45,400 sqm of net technical space, making it VIRTUS's largest UK campus alongside its Slough estate. Individual buildings range from 16MW (LONDON6) to 32.5MW (LONDON7), with LONDON14 built to a bespoke design for a single large tenant. As with VIRTUS's other UK sites, halls use the operator's 'Air Flooded Room' cooling approach — indirect adiabatic cooling with hot-aisle containment — and can host racks up to 80kW, giving the campus real headroom for dense workloads despite an air-cooled design. Every building is carrier-neutral, with a choice of Tier I and Tier II carriers and on-ramps to major cloud platforms, plus VIRTUS's standard 24/7 on-site security and self-service monitoring tools. The campus suits large enterprise and wholesale tenants who want scale without leaving the Heathrow-adjacent cluster.
