ACC7

ACC7 is a 446,000-square-foot (about 41,450 sqm) building at 21625 Gresham Drive in Ashburn, part of Digital Realty's cluster of ACC-branded facilities south of the core Data Center Alley corridor. The site runs N+2 redundancy on both UPS and cooling plant, a step above the N+1 baseline used at several neighboring Digital Realty buildings, and Digital Realty markets it as one of the largest and most energy-efficient multi-tenant data centers in North America. Room sizes and load densities vary across the floor plan, letting the operator serve everything from single-cabinet deployments to large wholesale suites within one building. The certification stack covers SOC 1, PCI DSS, ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001, plus LEED Gold and Energy Star recognition for the building's design and operating efficiency. Physical security follows Digital Realty's standard Ashburn campus practice: 24x7 onsite guards, CCTV retained for at least 90 days, and biometric or photo-badge access control. Disclosed tenants include Fortune 500 enterprises and technology companies drawn to Ashburn's dense carrier and cloud on-ramp ecosystem, making ACC7 a fit for large enterprise or wholesale colocation rather than small retail footprints.
