Equinix DC10 is a single-story, reinforced-concrete facility at 21551 Beaumeade Circle, part of a separate cluster of the Ashburn, Virginia campus that also includes DC12. The building offers 84,830 sq ft (7,881 sq m) of colocation space, with N+1 generator redundancy rated for more than 30 hours of autonomy at full load and N+1 cooling redundancy. Published minimum cabinet density is 4 kVA. DC10 is LEED-certified and, like the rest of the DC-series campus, provides cross-connect access to the Ashburn metro's peering and cloud on-ramp ecosystem, one of the densest interconnection hubs on the US East Coast. The facility carries ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 9001, SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS, HIPAA, NIST 800-53/FISMA High and HECVAT certifications in addition to its LEED status. DC10's larger floor plate compared with the Filigree Court buildings makes it suited to mid-to-large enterprise colocation footprints rather than small cage deployments.
