The facility offers 60,590 sq ft (5,629 sq m) of colocation space with N+2 UPS redundancy and N+1 generator redundancy, and a published minimum cabinet density of 5 kVA on 120V/208V distribution. Its location within the tightly clustered Filigree Court group gives tenants short cross-connect paths to neighboring DC-series buildings and, through the campus's broader fabric, to the wider Ashburn interconnection ecosystem that anchors the largest peering exchange hub on the US East Coast.
