Vantage's third Northern Virginia campus spans 134 acres at 19509 Belmont Ridge Road in Ashburn, adjacent to its existing Ashburn I and II sites in Data Center Alley. The operator has announced 288 MW of critical IT load across seven planned multi-story data centers and 2.3 million sq ft of space, making it the largest of Vantage's three Ashburn campuses by disclosed capacity — combined, the three Virginia sites total 590 MW. Two dedicated substations fed by Dominion Energy serve the site, with closed-loop chilled water cooling, air-side economizers and N+2 mechanical redundancy targeting near-zero water use. Electrical distribution runs N+1 with four points of entry and multiple carrier-neutral meet-me-rooms. Vantage cites solar- and wind-powered outdoor lighting and a net-zero carbon commitment by 2030. The campus is about an hour from Washington, D.C. and minutes from Dulles International Airport, extending Vantage's presence in the world's densest interconnection market.
