CyrusOne's Chandler campus at 2305-2335 South Ellis Street is the operator's largest US site by capacity, spanning eight buildings — PHX1 through PHX8 — with a combined 2,000,000 sq ft of technical space and 169 MW of IT capacity. Cooling is indirect evaporative, backed by a chilled water plant, and CyrusOne markets the campus as water-free with no water consumed for cooling and redundant water feeds for resilience. Data halls sit on 36-inch raised floors and can support over 1,000 watts per square foot for high-performance computing tenants. Certification coverage spans SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, ISO 27001 and FISMA compliance across the campus, with PHX1 through PHX5 additionally Green Globe 3 Globes certified, PHX3 and PHX4 Energy Star certified, and the whole site recognized as an NWF Certified Wildlife Habitat and Net Positive Water certified. Physical security includes biometric access, bullet-resistant glass and reinforced concrete bollards, backed by three-stage VESDA fire detection. A 24x7 staffed NOCC provides remote-hands support to enterprise and hyperscale tenants across the campus.
