Aligned DFW-02 (Plano)

DFW-02 sits alongside DFW-01 on Aligned Data Centers’ 2800 Summit Avenue campus in Plano, the second building the operator built on its original Dallas–Fort Worth site. Aligned’s own account of the opening describes a 220,000 sq ft facility reaching 36 MW of critical capacity at full build, extending the campus beyond the first building’s 12.5–30 MW range. As with the rest of the Dallas portfolio, cooling combines Delta3 air-handling arrays with secondary DeltaFlow liquid loops for GPU-class density, on a closed-loop chilled-water design that minimizes water draw in the North Texas climate. The facility holds Aligned’s standard compliance package for the region — SOC 2 Type 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, NIST 800-53 and ISO 27001 — and runs on 100 percent renewable power under the company’s 2040 carbon-neutral target. Together, DFW-01 and DFW-02 anchor the Plano side of a four-building Aligned footprint in the metro that later expanded into Mansfield with DFW-03 and a fourth Plano site, DFW-04, at 601 North Star Road.
