Atlantic Station is Skybox Datacenters' 64-acre campus in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, sited near Highway 75, the President George Bush Turnpike and I-635 for access to the region's two international airports. Skybox lists up to 100 MW of power available to the site with a critical load of up to 66 MW and as much as 1 million sq ft of data center space, delivered through build-to-suit development the operator says can turn around in 12-24 months. The campus runs on a privately owned on-site substation and supports 2N, N+1 and N power configurations at densities from 250 to 1,000 W per square foot. Skybox markets the site as compatible with immersion and liquid-to-chip cooling for AI and high-density GPU workloads, backed by access to 100% renewable energy programs and zoning that allows data centers by right. The property carries LEED certification, and Skybox notes county tax abatements available under Texas data center incentive programs.
