DFW9 is the first of four nearly identical 60 MW buildings DataBank has built on its Red Oak campus in Ellis County, roughly 20 miles south of downtown Dallas. Each of the four buildings — DFW9 through DFW12 — is listed at 60 MW critical IT load and 200,000 square feet, giving the campus a combined disclosed capacity of 240 MW, by far DataBank's largest metro footprint anywhere in its portfolio. The Red Oak buildings sit on separate parcels along Batchler Road and represent a shift toward large-block, wholesale-style capacity, in contrast to the operator's older, carrier-dense Dallas buildings closer to downtown (DFW1, DFW4-DFW7) and its Plano campus (DFW3, DFW8). DFW9 is listed with a single onsite carrier, again typical of a wholesale rather than retail interconnection profile. DataBank does not disclose a Tier certification, cooling design, or in-service date for the building on its facility page. Together with the company's Plano and legacy Dallas sites, Red Oak makes the Dallas-Fort Worth metro DataBank's single largest US market by disclosed power.
