What this class is and what to look at
The next density step: 6–9 MWh in the same 20-foot footprint, made possible by 500–700 Ah cells and tighter thermal design. Fewer containers per MWh cuts civil works, cabling and land, which is why developers are moving here even before the price gap closes.
Look at cell size and how new the cell is (large-format cells have short field histories), the shipping status — several models are announced rather than shipping — the weight (transport limits) and whether cycle-life claims are cell-level or system-level.
