Colt DCS Mumbai 3 — Top 25 data centers in Navi Mumbai, India 2026
#24 of 43 · See the list →

Mumbai 3 is the third building on the Navi Mumbai campus that Colt Data Centre Services develops with RMZ under a joint venture with a stated US$1.7 billion investment plan for India. Announced on 15 October 2026, the 64 MW AI-ready facility moved from ground preparation, which began in December 2025, into building construction once the first hyperscale customer signed; Colt and RMZ describe it as fully pre-let but have not named the tenant, a completion date or the project cost. The design pairs air cooling with direct-to-chip liquid cooling and a closed-loop system intended to produce near-zero cooling wastewater. Power comes from a 220 kV GIS substation on the campus, supply is stated as 100% renewable, and connectivity is carrier neutral. Once built, Mumbai 3 lifts the campus to 86 MW of operational capacity against a full-development potential of up to 148 MW, according to the operators. It targets hyperscalers and neocloud providers that need dense GPU halls in one of India's main cloud and subsea-cable gateway markets.
