MEEZA's board has committed to a three-building expansion — M-Vault 6, M-Vault 7 and M-Vault 8 — adding roughly 44 MW of capacity and aiming to more than triple the company's current data centre footprint to over 60 MW. The buildout is financed by a QAR 1.6 billion (about USD 438 million) Sharia-compliant Commodity Murabaha facility from Dukhan Bank, and a QR 500 million-plus turnkey construction contract for an AI-ready phase was awarded to Elegancia Contracting & Industries, a subsidiary of Estithmar Holding, in September 2026. On 7 September 2026 MEEZA signed what it called the largest contract in its history: an 8 MW, long-term data-centre lease worth more than QAR 1 billion (about USD 270 million) with an unnamed global hyperscaler described as one of the world's fastest-growing cloud service providers, to be delivered from this new campus. MEEZA's public statements tie the expansion to its Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP) base, though it has not disclosed individual plot locations, exact power splits, or firm delivery dates for M-Vault 6, 7 and 8.
