MEEZA began construction of M-Vault 4 at Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP) in Doha in 2020 and launched the building on 27 November 2021, timed to coincide with the company's 13th anniversary. At launch MEEZA described it as the biggest data centre building in Qatar and the site providing the largest IT capacity of any data centre building in the country, though it has not published specific power or floor-space figures for the building. M-Vault 4 hosts Microsoft's Qatar Azure cloud region, supporting government and enterprise customers across sectors the companies cited including healthcare, research, education, energy and major sporting events. The launch ceremony was attended by Qatar's Minister of Communications and Information Technology. MEEZA's general marketing groups M-Vault 4 among its Tier III-class buildings, though its dedicated certifications page names only M-Vault 2, 3 and 5 individually as Uptime Institute Tier III-certified.
