M-Vault 5 opened on 17 October 2022 at Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP) in Doha, completed in under a year and marketed by MEEZA as the milestone that made it Qatar's largest data centre provider by capacity. The building offers cloud hosting services to customers in Qatar and the wider region, alongside colocation and managed IT services shared across the M-Vault campus. MEEZA's certifications page lists M-Vault 5 among its three Uptime Institute Tier III-certified buildings, alongside M-Vault 2 and M-Vault 3, guaranteeing the 99.98% uptime the company markets across its certified sites. By the time of MEEZA's July 2023 IPO on the Qatar Stock Exchange, the five-building M-Vault portfolio that M-Vault 5 completed had a combined 24.4 MW of capacity, representing roughly half of Qatar's total data centre capacity.
