M-Vault 3 opened in 2012 at Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP) in Doha, close to MEEZA's original M-Vault 1 site, as the second half of a QAR 750 million investment programme announced alongside M-Vault 2. Qatari press coverage at the time described it as targeting high-density computing workloads for research, engineering, healthcare, banking and pharmaceutical customers. MEEZA's own certifications page lists M-Vault 3 as one of its three current Uptime Institute Tier III-certified buildings — alongside M-Vault 2 and M-Vault 5 — and as LEED Gold-certified, one step below M-Vault 2's LEED Platinum rating. Like the rest of the M-Vault portfolio it offers the 99.98% guaranteed uptime MEEZA markets across its Tier III-certified sites, and forms part of the QSTP cluster that also now hosts M-Vault 4 and M-Vault 5.
