Adamant Data Center

Adamant is a long-established Kyiv internet service provider that operates colocation modules on its own premises. Published power figures are given per module rather than for the site as a whole: each module has two guaranteed power inputs carrying up to 120 kW, with 6 kW available to a 42U cabinet, 3 kW to a half rack (21U) and 1.5 kW to a quarter rack (11U). Supply comes from two independent cables from the grid plus an autonomous diesel generator input, which the operator describes as meeting first-category power reliability; three hours of generator run time per month are included in the service and further use is billed separately, a pricing detail worth checking against the frequency of grid restrictions. Cooling runs N+1 and holds 21 degrees Celsius plus or minus 3 at roughly 55 percent relative humidity, monitored online around the clock. Connectivity options run from 100 Mbps to 10 Gbps ports against 160 Gbps of total channel capacity, with two separate optical entries into the building. Physical security comprises three levels of anti-vandal protection, biometric access control, 20 cameras, a fenced perimeter, on-site guards and a police response contract. The operator states Tier III fault tolerance and a 99.982% availability target, and that the facility complies with National Bank of Ukraine Board Resolution No. 243 of 4 July 2007 on banking data security; no Uptime Institute certificate is published.
