PARKOVY Data Center

PARKOVY is the Kyiv data center operated by Ante Mediam LLC and designed by Schneider Electric. The operator publishes an Uptime Institute Tier III Design certificate and separately states that the built facility has passed expert review confirming conformity with the Tier III Facility level under the Uptime Institute classification, aligned with ANSI/TIA-942 — the certificate itself is the Design one. Published power figures are external supply sources of up to 4 MW and three uninterruptible power systems of 1.6 MW each, backed by autonomous diesel generator sets; cooling is dual-circuit and early fire detection uses VESDA. The site runs its own optical network and equipment from Schneider Electric, Dell and Cisco. Its compliance stack is the deepest of any Ukrainian commercial operator: ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO/IEC 27701, ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27017:2015, ISO/IEC 27018:2019, PCI DSS 4.0.1, SAP Certified in SAP HANA Cloud and database operations, and a KSZI attestation from the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection, together with a documented organisational and technical decision for deploying a private cloud that processes state information resources. Separate rooms meeting National Bank of Ukraine and KSZI requirements are available, and shielded rooms can be rented. Beyond Kyiv, the operator sells colocation in Lviv and Uzhhorod and an EU cloud platform, which matters for buyers that want geographic separation inside and outside the country.
