SDC Ashburn is Sabey Data Centers' campus at 21741 Red Rum Drive in Loudoun County's Data Center Alley, the first phase of which broke ground in 2015 and came online in 2017. Seattle-based Sabey, a longtime owner-operator known for its Quincy and Columbia campuses in Washington State and Intergate facilities in New York, entered the Northern Virginia market with this 38-acre site. Two buildings are complete and leasing colocation and powered-shell space, together supplying more than 36 MW of critical power to tenants. A third building, referred to by the operator as Building A, is under construction with an initial 18 MW of IT capacity and headroom to grow toward 54 MW, aimed at both air-cooled and liquid-cooled deployments up to roughly 100 kW per rack. At full build-out across all three buildings, Sabey expects the campus to reach around 85 MW of critical capacity. No third-party certifications are published for the site by the operator.
