Bitdeer AI A103 (Cyberjaya Campus)

Bitdeer AI, the AI-cloud arm of Nasdaq-listed Bitdeer Technologies, announced on October 12, 2026 that it had signed an eight-year data center services agreement for A103, a 60 MW critical-IT-load building on its Cyberjaya campus south of Kuala Lumpur. It joins the A101 and A102 buildings already on the site, bringing the campus to about 71.5 MW of AI Cloud capacity once all three are counted. A103 is designed around liquid cooling and rack-scale NVIDIA systems, including the next-generation Vera Rubin platform, and energization is expected in the first quarter of 2028. The company stated that no offtake commitments had yet been signed for A103 capacity and that future contract terms may differ from earlier deals such as A102 and A201. Across Malaysia, Norway and the United States, Bitdeer reports about 333.5 MW of secured AI Cloud capacity, roughly 95% of its up-to-350 MW target for the first quarter of 2028. As the building is only contracted and not yet under operation, power, cooling and density figures should be treated as design intentions.
