CX2 was the flagship facility of CSF Group, an independent Malaysian carrier-neutral colocation operator founded in 1991 and listed on London's AIM market in 2010. Construction began in 2009 and the building, in Cyberjaya's Multimedia Super Corridor, was largely complete and leased out by the time of CSF's IPO the following year. Coverage of the listing put the building at roughly 300,000 sq ft of gross floor area with about 157,000 sq ft finished as data-hall space, making it one of the larger independently owned colocation buildings in Malaysia at the time. CSF has since focused public disclosure on its newer TelcoHub 1/CX1 building, which Digital Realty agreed in January 2026 to acquire — a deal that does not appear to include CX2, leaving it under CSF's own ownership as of this update. Power capacity, certifications and an exact street address are not published on CSF's current site, so those fields are left unconfirmed.
