CX5 is CSF Group's largest Cyberjaya campus, made up of three four-storey buildings plus a Class-A office block, delivered in phases between its January 2012 launch and roughly 2015. Malaysia's Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation attended the launch and described it as the country's first commercial green data center and the largest facility of its kind in Southeast Asia at the time, with about 201,000 sq ft of net data-hall space inside roughly 580,000 sq ft of total gross floor area. CSF, an independent carrier-neutral operator founded in 1991 and listed on London's AIM market since 2010, states the campus carries a provisional Green Building Index rating alongside a self-described Tier 3 design and TIA-942 compliance — the operator's own design language rather than an Uptime Institute constructed-facility certificate. Power capacity and an exact street address are not published on CSF's current site, so those fields are left unconfirmed.
